No Long Term Contracts
Note: $600 fee is charged the first day of each month on a credit card and requires a 60 day written notice of cancellation. A one-time $200 administrative set-up fee is charged the first month.

12-Week Batch Program
DESCRIPTION
- This level of coaching requires a commitment of 8-10 hours a week to reap the full benefits. This program is the ideal starting point for a new swimmer. This is intended to be an ongoing developmental program for those individuals who are looking to build structure into their training program. Interwoven into the program are flexibility, nutrition, hydration and mental strategies complete with multiple resources and “how to” hyperlinks. This is not a generic spreadsheet. Each 12-week block builds on the previous ensuring continuous improvements in both speed and endurance while minimizing the risk of injury and burnout. Note that this program does not include a weekly phone call with Coach Robb.
